RULES/GUIDELINES

The talent show will be held on Sunday 18th March 2012 at Caulfield Racecourse.
Eligible entrants are those multiples that pre-register no later than March 4th 2012. Multiples must be registered in order to participate.
Minimum age accepted is 5 years.
All acts will be limited to a maximum of 5 minutes. Please time your act accordingly.
The talent show will be held on the Indoor Stage between 1pm – 2pm following the large group photo.
The Talent Show will be limited to a maximum of fifteen (15) acts.
A professional sound system and CD player will be provided for use by the entrants.
Fabulous prizes to first second and third places available.
There will be 3 judges and their decision will be final. No correspondence will be entered into.
Contestants can provide any type of entertainment – musical, comedy, gymnastics etc. All acts will need to be suitable for an audience of mixed ages.

Terms and Conditions

Twins Plus Festival Committee is the facilitator of this competition.
Twins Plus Festival Committee is a partnership between Australian Multiple Birth Association (AMBA) and the Australian Twin Registry (ATR) and as such all submitted photos can be used for the purpose of marketing and promotion of AMBA and ATR.
Submitters agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, which are subject to change at Twins Plus Festival Committee sole discretion. Your submission of photos to this competition indicates your acceptance of these Terms & Conditions, as they exist at that time.

Contributing Content

When you submit content to Twins Plus Festival Committee in any format, including any text, photographs, graphics, video or audio, you grant Twins Plus Festival Committee a non-exclusive, royalty free, perpetual license to publish that content.
You agree that Twins Plus Festival Committee can use that content in any way, now and in the future. Twins Plus Festival Committee also reserves the right not to use the content you submit.
You warrant that you have all of the necessary rights, including copyright, in the content you contribute, that your content is not defamatory and that it does not infringe any law.
You indemnify Twins Plus Festival against any and all legal fees, damages and other expenses that may be incurred by Twins Plus Festival as a result of a breach of the above warranty.
You waive any moral rights in your contribution for the purposes of its submission to and publication on the Site.
